Who cares? Does anyone understand me?

 -Contributed by Angela Moreno

He will wipe away all tears from their eyes.  There will be no more death, no more grief or crying or pain.  The old things have disappeared. Revelation 21:4

Have you ever felt hopeless, like you were alone and no understood what you were going through? You pray and beg for an answer or freedom from your problems, but instead you feel like you are answered with silence.  At some point in time, everyone has felt like no one cares about what problems they are going through.

woman-1006100_1920.jpgUnfortunately even the strongest believer in Christ sometimes struggles with these feelings.  We try to hide behind a smile and make everyone think our lives are fine but behind closed doors we are a mess. We hide what we feel from everyone because we don’t want to burden them with our problems and emotions.  Yet we ache for someone to comfort us and to make us feel better.

The truth is we all have access to the best help available.  Call on the creator of the universe.  God is awaiting your call and is ready to help if you will ask Him.  He can help fix any situation you are in or guide you to a better solution for your situation.

God knows how you feel and He wants to wipe away all of your tears, hold you in His arms and tell you everything is going to be alright.  God has a perfect plan in place for you and sometimes your broken heart is part of that plan.  Sometime we have to stop and remind ourselves that He is God and we are not.

God hears all of our prayers and sees all of our tears.  He already knows how every part of our lives is going to play out.  Our prayers aren’t met with silence but with action for what He has planned in our lives and for our future.

Even though times may feel bleak and your heart feels like it is broken into a million pieces, God is there to pick up those pieces. He takes the broken pieces and mends them together with the new pieces He has for us.  We just have to keep our faith and know that He is God.  He always has our best interest at heart.  He’s always there even when we think He isn’t.

Hebrews 13:5b:  for he has said, “I will never leave you nor forsake you.”  God cares for you and He is there for you!  God’s hand is always reaching out to you no matter how far away He may seem.
