In counseling you have an opportunity to look at the different areas of your life and how you can capitalize on growth opportunities and strengths. In couples counseling I use proven approaches, such as the Gottman method and Restoration Therapy.  Minds and hearts can change, and even deeply ingrained patterns can be transformed. There is hope!
