Our society has a variety of different professions to chose from. Many of these professions require special training to enter the field. No matter what profession we enter, we must have some schooling. Some professions require learning about nutrition to help people improve their health. Some become nurses and assist the elderly. Some of us are writers and others of us are fans of history.

It doesn’t matter what profession you chose, there is one common element to all of this: learning. Learning comes in many different forms. From books, to videos, to classroom lectures, we need learning to form a basis for our basic job skill set. There is truth to learning. Some people live to learn, and when you encounter them, they are very knowledgeable in many areas and are impressive.

As amazing as all of this knowledge is and how useful it is to our daily life, we can only use the knowledge on this earth. The only knowledge that will benefit us for eternity is the knowledge of Jesus Christ, His gift of salvation, and the love of the Father.

It is imperative that we learn about our spiritual destiny. God has given us the information that we need to learn about our spiritual destiny (the Bible) and the school of teaching has been provided. We have been given by our Father God the revelation of how God wants us to be and His heart. His Son Jesus provides the way to our destiny. The Holy Spirit has been given to us to be our teacher and guider (the revelator).

Meditate in some scriptures and continue to learn who you are in Christ. It will be worth it. Here are some scriptures to think about:

Also remember your five purposes in your life. The book Meditations on the Purpose Driven Life by Rick Warren will teach you your purpose in life. I recommend you purchase this book. It will change you life forever.

And remember, continue learning about your destiny in Christ Jesus. God loves us unconditionally and wants us to be our very best.
