We all face struggles in this life: personal problems, family problems, trying to live in and fit into a world that we don’t always belong in.Even during these struggles, we can still hear the little voice of God that speaks through our hearts. Once we reach our eternal home in Heaven, all of our struggles will come to an end.
Thanks be to God that we can rise to the top and depend on His power when we yield to His will. As we continue to have fellowship with the Holy Spirit, we will make it through each struggle that we face each and every day.
The Lord loves us very much and we are very special to Him. Just as God says in Isaiah 43:1b, “Do not be afraid, for I have ransomed you. I have called you by name; you are mine.” We also need to remember that we are part of God’s family. As a believer, we have the privilege to be His.
So today, let’s focus on a few points:
- Love one another. (John 4:1)
- Encourage one another. (Hebrews 10:25)
- Be a servant to one another. (Galatians 5:13-14)
- Be alert and pray for your brothers and sisters. (James 5:16-17)
- Be sympathetic to one another. (1 Peter 3:8)
We are to rejoice and enjoy our time as members of God’s family. The purpose of God was and always will be His family which is the Body of Christ. Rejoice and lean on your Heavenly Father during times of struggle. He will always be there to hold your hand and guide you through anything you face.
