What do angels do?

Psalm 103 tells us that angels carry out God’s plans and purposes. They listen to the commands. This means when you speak in faith God’s word, they immediately go to the Father to execute His commands.

Angels are organized as a fighting army and they are here for only one purpose. They are here to execute God’s command. They are forever heavenly warriors.

So, what do angels do? The following list is an account of what angels do:

  1. They guard and protect the King and His kingdom. In this case, Jesus is King and they protect His kingdom.
  2. They protect the inhabitants of the King’s kingdom.
  3. They help execute the laws and strategies of the King.
  4. They patrol the perimeters of the kingdom.
  5. They enforce the jurisdictions of the king above.
  6. They are stewards of the king’s resources.
  7. They help facilitate covenants and enforce the covenants.
  8. They are military trained to keep weapons and systems of operation on target and ready to go.
  9. They alert of any threat to the kingdom.
  10. Since Jesus is our king and we are heirs of the kingdom, they protect us.

According to Hebrews 1:14, angels are ministers of spirit. They are sent to guard and keep us safe. They are involved with us in our destinies and missions given to us by our King Jesus Christ.
